Speak Up for Yourself!

0 out of 5

Did you know that people with disabilities are abused and neglected at a higher rate than any other people group in the entire world? People with disabilities are often viewed as easy targets by predators. Predators believe that people with disabilities will not speak up for themselves or if they do they will not be believed. Having the ability to speak up for yourself is an important skill for everyone to have, but especially for our friends with disabilities.

This lesson will take a careful look at not only the importance of speaking up but also give key tips on how to do so.
