Grace Dudley with Beyond Ministry in Winchester, VA recently put together an excellent training resource. Here are her thoughts on the material:

“This training is catered toward people who want to be a peer/buddy or teacher within the classroom. I will be leading the training, and it will be predominately in-person, lecture-style. There are a few discussions and videos intermixed to break it up. A decent amount of the information is from your resources, with a personalized twist (and some information from other groups.) The majority of the volunteers who are currently registered are either BCBA, Special Education Teachers, or have some other experience with individuals with disabilities, but I want the training to be sufficient for everyone.”

With permission, we are sharing this for anyone wishing to use the material for training purposes.
